The TECO TANK is the result of one of TECO's most ambitious and comprehensive redesigns of the SeaChill aquarium chiller to-date.
New changes include an increase in cooling efficiency and improved usability, functionality, and durability.
Teco has once again reshaped the chiller industry by introducing the most energy-efficient and environmentally friendly chiller to date for the Aquarium Tank and Hydroponic industries.
Centered around a proven Hydrocarbon refrigerant compressor with R290 coolant, the new Teco models, 500, 1000, and 2000 chillers can easily outperform traditional compressors by cutting energy consumption by 30% to 50%.
Additionally, R290’s environmentally friendly characteristics mean a dramatic decrease in the earth’s ozone destruction by up to 600 times over traditional chiller coolants.

UNIQUE FEATURES
The condenser, besides performing its main function, it is an integral part of the structure, conferring an exclusive and original design to the chiller. Moreover, it makes the use of the filter unnecessary, thus eliminating the cleaning problems normally associated with it. In this model, the heater is absent.

Note for first-time users:
If you should have problems with your chiller please contact us before returning the chiller to us. In most cases there is no actual problem with the chiller, but the functionality of the unit is not fully understood by the user yet. Please note the following: The compressor unit automatically switches itself on and off, if the temperature sensor is manipulated your warranty is void, the noise level or an allegedly not sufficient cooling performance are no reason for a reclamation. The chiller can only function properly if the cooling loop is equipped with a sufficiently powerful pump. If these facts are considered most reclamations can be avoided and you will greatly enjoy this product!
