The MT Tumbler 200 is designed for easy and quick maintenance and assembly, without the need for tools. It can be assembled and disassembled in less than 1 minute. The compact design includes 5 blades that achieve 12,000 cuts per minute, allowing for high peeling capacity, equivalent to the work of up to 10 operators. The flexible carbon steel blade provides very precise cutting.
Since each strain has unique needs, the MT Tumbler 200 features models with adjustable drum and blade speed controls, which can be tailored to the conditions and state of your product. With two types of drums, you can work with both fresh and dry plants.
The MT Tumbler 200 can be combined with two other units and input/output conveyor belts for automated production. This design also allows for proper quality control and adjustments to peeling without disassembling the production line.
