How the Dimlux CO2 Regulator Works:
This item is part of the Dimlux Maxi Controller system, working in conjunction with the separately available Dimlux CO2 Sensor.
The Sensor gathers information on the level of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere around your plants and feeds it back to the Dimlux Maxi Controller.
From there you can decide on your ideal ppm level (we suggest around 1200ppm).
The CO2 regulator will then administer CO2 whenever the levels in the grow area drop below those specified in the settings.
This is a far more precise method of distributing CO2 than simply dosing according to the size of the room, which is fairly common.
Though there’s nothing wrong with doing it that way, it is of course, always better to be as precise as possible - CO2 can actually become toxic at high concentrations, so getting it wrong can be detrimental to your plants.
The Dimlux system is accurate enough to maintain full control at all times.

How to Use Dimlux CO2 Regulator:
The CO2 Regulator screws onto your gas cylinder (supplied separately).
It is powered through the socket that sits on the front of the separately available Dimlux CO2 Sensor, and will automatically release carbon dioxide from the cylinder whenever required, ensuring that your plants will have access to exactly the right quantity for optimal growth at all times.
You can change the values for your ideal CO2 levels in parts per million (ppm) from the Maxi Controller.
The unit will keep dosing until it reaches the appropriate ppm; at which point it will stop.
